Beyond 10 Million

Privacy

This page says what the Beyond 10 Million site and its free tools collect, and what is done with it. It was written from how the site actually works.

Effective October 10, 2026.

What we collect, and when

If you only read a page, nothing with your name on it is collected. The visit is counted, and it may be recorded. Both are explained under cookies and recordings below.

Most tools give you a result without asking for an email. Here is what is kept when you use them.

  • The CEO Tune-Up signs your browser in without a name or an email, so your results can be saved. It saves your eight target ratings, your ratings each time you take it, what you type in the answer boxes, and the read it writes for you. If you add your email, it is saved with them.
  • When you ask any tool to email your result, we save your email address, which tool it was, and a few facts about the result. For example: the number of people on your chart and your company name, or the revenue and take-home numbers you entered in the Cash Gap.
  • For the Take-Home Cash Gap, the Org Chart, the Meeting Audit, the Company Scoreboard and the Instruction Manual, asking for the email also saves a copy of the result. That is what the private link in the email opens. Anyone who has that link can open it.
  • The Team Assessment keeps your roster in your browser. If you ask for it by email, the roster is packed into the link we send you, and that link is stored with your email address in our email service.
  • If you arrived from one of our answer pages, we save the name of that page and the spot you clicked along with your email.
  • When a tool gives a result, we add one to a counter for that tool. Nothing about you is attached to it.
  • The Company Scoreboard stores a scrambled version of your IP address with each request. That is how it limits daily use.
  • If you start a play after your Tune-Up, we save the company description and roles you type, your conversation with the drafting tool, the drafts, and the name and email of anyone you hand a part to.

The company that hosts the site also keeps ordinary technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested.

What we use it for

  • To give you your result, and to email it when you ask.
  • To send follow-up emails about the tools and about working with Beyond 10 Million. If you gave your email in the Tune-Up, that includes a reminder to take it again about every two weeks. You can unsubscribe from any of these emails.
  • To see which pages and tools get used, and which page a lead came from.
  • To keep the free tools from being overused.

Who else touches it

These services handle your information for us. Each one works under its own terms.

  • Supabase holds the database and the Tune-Up sign-in.
  • Vercel hosts the site and counts page views.
  • MailerLite sends our emails. It gets your email address, the facts about your result described above, and the private link to your saved result.
  • Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the pages.
  • Anthropic runs the AI model that writes some results. What you type goes to it when you use these tools: the CEO Tune-Up (your ratings and your written answer), the fit quiz (your answers), the Instruction Manual (your first name and your answers), Make It About Them (the post you paste and any note you add), the Company Scoreboard (your company name, what you type about the business and the team, and the conversation), and a play you start after the Tune-Up (the same kinds of things).
  • The Org Chart sends nothing to the AI model while you build by hand. If you use the Describe your team button, what you type and the chart so far, including names and titles, go to the AI model to draw the chart. They are not saved on our side.
  • The Take-Home Cash Gap, the 90-Day Test, the Team Assessment and the Meeting Audit do not use the AI model.

The tool pages and answer pages carry no advertising pixel, and nothing on them sends your information to an advertising platform.

The home page and the apply form are built on a separate system. This policy covers them too. That system may use tags of its own that are not listed here.

Cookies and recordings

  • A sign-in cookie, set when you use the CEO Tune-Up, so your results stay yours when you come back.
  • One cookie of our own, called b10m_src. If you arrive from one of our answer pages, it remembers which page and which spot for 30 days. It holds nothing personal.
  • Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies. It records clicks, scrolling and a replay of the screen. The screens of the Team Assessment, the Cash Gap, the Scoreboard, the Instruction Manual and Make It About Them are masked in that recording. Other screens, including the Tune-Up and the plays, can show up in a replay.
  • Vercel counts page views, the site you came from, and your country and device type. It does this without a cookie.
  • The Org Chart and the Meeting Audit keep your work in your own browser so it is there when you come back. Clarity and the page view counter do not run on those two pages.

There is no cookie banner. If you block cookies, the pages and most tools still work. The CEO Tune-Up and the plays need the sign-in cookie to save your work.

How long we keep it

Nothing is deleted on a timer today. We keep what is listed here until you ask us to delete it.

The b10m_src cookie lasts 30 days. The services named above keep their own copies on their own schedules.

How to see or delete your data

On your Tune-Up results page there is a Delete my data link. It removes your Tune-Up account, your ratings, your answers and your reads right away.

It does not take you off our email list. It does not remove the record that you asked a tool to email you a result, a saved copy of a result, or anything saved for a play. For those, unsubscribe from any email, or write to us.

To get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to us and say which one you want.
